1. CV Master Terms of Service
1.1. These terms constitute the agreement between CV Master (we or us) and the client (you) of CV Master's services. By using any of our services, you represent that you are of legal age to enter this agreement and that you have read
and understood the terms & conditions of this agreement.
1.2 Additional terms may apply to the use of some of our services. If so, we will tell you what those terms are. If there is any conflict between these terms and any additional terms, the additional terms will prevail.

2. Our Services
2.1 We provide a Career Coaching based service which is made up of writing services such as CVs, Cover Letters and/or online profiles like Seek, Trademe or LinkedIn. We also provide Interview Preparation Coaching services which will
be done over a video conference.
2.2 We need plenty of information to ensure good outcomes. It is your responsibility to provide us with as much relevant information as possible to ensure that we write you a great CV, Cover Letter and/or online profiles.
This includes, but is not limited to: Your existing CV and Cover Letter; Information on all your past work experience and education which includes start & end dates, position title held and your responsibilities while in said position;
Your Work Status; Your most up to date contact information and any other information you feel may be relevant.

2.4 Once you've been provided with your draft CV and/or Cover Letter or online profiles, we will grant you 48 Hours (2 days) to review and request any edits you wish to be made. After this 48 Hour period has expired, any further work needed will be
quoted for and the quote will need to be accepted in writing before the editing will commence.

3. Charges & Payment
3.1 Payment will be required within 7 days of the quote being provided and accepted. We will provide the banking details for the payment within the 7 days. If payment is not made within 7 days, reminder notices will be sent. If payment is still not made,
CV Master reserves the right to take further action as necessary to secure payment.
3.2 This service is non-refundable. We will always endeavour to provide the highest value and the best service possible, however due to the nature of coaching and job applications, we cannot guarantee success as this is based on the client's
efforts in applying for the job; How well they're qualified for it and how they interview, notwithstanding numerous other factors that come into play.
3.3 We will always quote the total price for the services which you require up front to ensure honesty and transparency.
3.4 If you require any additional work that has not been quoted for; For example further editing of your CV, Cover Letter and/or online profiles, you will be advised of any additional charges prior to this work commencing.
3.5 Quotes have to be accepted in writing by replying to the email in which the quote was provided before any work commences.

4. Communication
4.1 CV Master will communicate with you primarily via email. If you initiated contact via our Facebook page or via Messenger or text message, we will direct you to email hello@cvmaster.co.nz
The intention behind this is we want a proper, single trail of communication which makes it simpler for all parties involved to get the right outcome.
