Your dream job is closer than you think

Hello and welcome to my site! My name is Neil and here I’ll share a bit of my journey. I moved to New Zealand from South Africa in March of 2008. I finished my final year of High School in the same year and wasn’t entirely sure of what I wanted to do. I decided that I would enter into the workforce so I could start earning some money and gain work experience. 

I started looking for work right before the Global Financial Crisis hit and many businesses were shutting down or laying people off. This was an especially challenging time for any greenhorn school graduate to find work, let alone a seasoned worker with plenty of experience!

I learned many tough lessons as my email inbox filled up with rejections from various employers.

When I finally did get a job in the later stages of 2009 and got that first bit of experience, things started to turn around for me. Now after working full-time for over 12 years in various roles and industries and helping many people with their CVs starting with friends and family, I decided to start a business helping others with something I once found so challenging.
